- Template:Spotify (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)
Violates the guideline to generally avoid links to sites requiring registration. Trivialist (talk) 16:23, 27 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Retain - This is like Template:itunes in that it will take the user to a page with the track listing that does not require registration or subscription to view. -AngusWOOF (talk) 18:31, 27 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]- I just tried an article's Spotify link, and got a page overlaid with a registration/login box, making it impossible to see or interact with the rest of the page. At least with iTunes you can get the track previews without being logged in to anything. Trivialist (talk) 21:56, 27 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Okay, it's probably useless then if it won't let you through. On my view, it shows me the track list, but it doesn't force me to logon. Also I heard that it doesn't work for outside North America. -AngusWOOF (talk) 22:01, 27 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
